  • 1/2 cupchopped onions
  • 1 tablespoonminced garlic
  • 1/2 cupheavy cream
  • 2 poundschicken
  • 1 1/2 cupprotein pasta
  • 1 largelemon (for juice)
  • 1 tablespoon or more paprika
  • 1 tablespoon or morepepper
  • 1 tablespoon or morechili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon or moreonion powder
  • 1 tablespoon or morelemon garlic pepper
  • 1 tablespoon or morecayenne pepper
  • 1 cuppasta water
  • 1 cantomato paste
  • 1 candiced tomatoes

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoonminced garlic and 1/2 cupchopped onions. Sauté until the onions are browned.

  2. Add 1 cantomato paste to the pan. Stir well, then add the juice of 1 largelemon (for juice) and 1 candiced tomatoes. Simmer on low heat.

  3. Stir in 1/2 cupheavy cream. Allow the mixture to simmer on low heat.

  4. Bring a pot of water to a boil, cook the 1 1/2 cupprotein pasta until al dente, then drain and reserve 1 cuppasta water.

  5. Season 2 poundschicken with 1 tablespoon or morepaprika, 1 tablespoon or more pepper, 1 tablespoon or morechili flakes, 1 tablespoon or moreonion powder, 1 tablespoon or morelemon garlic pepper, and 1 tablespoon or morecayenne pepper.

  6. In another pan, cook the chicken on medium heat for 10 minutes on each side, until thoroughly cooked.

  7. Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce, and add some reserved 1 cuppasta water to reach desired consistency. Serve pasta with shredded chicken on top.
