  • 1/8 tspItalian seasoning
  • 1 tspapple cider vinegar
  • 1 cupcottage cheese (2%)
  • 1egg, room temperature
  • 1/2 cuppizza sauce
  • 1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the 1egg, room temperature, 1 tspapple cider vinegar, and 1 cupcottage cheese (2%) until smooth.

  3. Add the 2 tspbaking powder, 1/4 tspgarlic powder, 1/4 tspsalt, 1/8 tspItalian seasoning, and 1 cupall-purpose flour to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined; the dough will be slightly wet.
