- 1 cupall-purpose flour
- 2 tspbaking powder
- 1/4 tspgarlic powder
- 1/4 tspsalt
- 1/8 tspItalian seasoning
- 1 tspapple cider vinegar
- 1 cupcottage cheese (2%)
- 1egg, room temperature
- 1/2 cuppizza sauce
- 1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
In a large bowl, whisk together the 1egg, room temperature, 1 tspapple cider vinegar, and 1 cupcottage cheese (2%) until smooth.
Add the 2 tspbaking powder, 1/4 tspgarlic powder, 1/4 tspsalt, 1/8 tspItalian seasoning, and 1 cupall-purpose flour to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined; the dough will be slightly wet.
Divide the dough into two or four portions depending on your preference. Wet your fingertips slightly with water, then shape each portion into a circle on the prepared baking sheet.
Spread 1/2 cuppizza sauce evenly over each dough circle. Sprinkle with 1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese. Add any additional toppings if desired.
