  • 2 clovesminced garlic
  • 1/4 cupsliced jalapeños
  • 1/3 cupsliced pepperoni
  • 1 ballmozzarella cheese, torn into pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).In a large bowl, combine 2 poundsground turkey, 2eggs, 2/3 cupgrated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoongarlic powder, 1 teaspoononion powder, 1/2 teaspoonchili flakes, 1/2 teaspoonsalt, and 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper. Mix until well combined.
